Ultimate Hot Chocolate:
-1 packet hot chocolate mix
-1 cup milk
-3 large marshmallows
-1 tbs peanut butter

Mix the hot choclate mix in with the milk, and add three marshmallows on top. heat for 1:30, then remove, stir, and add 1 tbs of peanut butter. heat for another 1:30, and its done!



Chai Tea Cupcakes:
1/2 cup liquid chai concentrate
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup uncooked quick oatmeal (not instant)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour,sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup light brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
2. Combine the dry ingredients (oatmeal through sugar) in a medium sized mixing bowl, then add wet ingredients (chai through vanilla extract). Mix well and pour into pan.
3. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool. Cut your cake into rounds, top with your favorite frosting and enjoy!


Indonesian-Style Salmon Grill
Serves:8

Ingredients:
2 Lbs. salmon, fillets or steaks
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp garlic, minced
6 tsp vegetable oil
9 tsp sugar
1/2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cups orange marmalade
3/4 cups beer
3 scallions, sliced

Cooking Directions:
1.Combine all ingredients, except salmon and scallions, in a bowl.
2.Place salmon in shallow baking dish and pour marinade over.
3.Cover and marinate at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
4.Prepare grill.
5.Remove salmon from marinade, discarding marinade.
6.Place salmon on a sheet of heavy-duty foil cut about 2 inches larger than fish all around.
7.Bend edges up to make a lip around fish.
8.Sprinkle scallions over salmon.
9.Place on hot grill, but not directly over heat source, with grill covered and vents open.
10.Cook 20-30 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
